This is a free 30-minute consultation where we get to know each other and decide on our next steps.
1 hour bi-weekly sessions. Fees are per session. You and your nurse coach will create a holistic framework establishing a plan of action towards your goal(s) and work to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
The group consists of a minimum of 2 clients. The maximum group client capacity is 4. All sessions are 1 hour weekly sessions, 1 month in duration. New Groups begin every first Monday of the month. Sign up for group coaching, results in a 4 session committment. Each group will work together through personal connections and collaborations, discovering common objectives and goals. $70 per session
Facilitated by a Registered Nurse Wellness Coach. All workshops are on a virtual platform for 1 hour. The workshops are lecture based, providing tips, tools and some discussion. Price Upon Request.
